The management is all related either by marriage or father/son. The “team” is hardly that. You have an over bearing management team that dumps a tremendous workload on you with the promise of a raise in the future. Good luck getting that raise because they will probably fire you in 6 months stating you just “aren’t the right fit”. The turn over rate should say enough about the company as a whole. If you enjoy property management, you can make way more for far less work with a different company.
