      Typical middle management focus on metrics more people concerned with maintaining their position than advancing as a team . Pay changes every year and commission structure is designed to keep you happy at 40

We want you happy with a growing your income which is one of the benefits of a sales role.       Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Minpunten

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
