I worked with the greatest group of people. They were dedicated to their work and made coming to work enjoyable. You truly can make working here a great stepping stone by learning and developing your skills along with networking with the vast companies partnering with Insight.

Minpunten

Office politics to the 10th power. Be careful. If you want to advance make sure you align yourself with the right people.

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Minpunten

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
