      Pluspunten

      PTO, HSA, and 401K benefits are pretty good. Depending on the department you are in, the work flow and schedule can be flexible. Departments that have high visibility with upper management see several perks.

      Minpunten

      Broken promises from project managers over the years regarding work, schedule, and accountability. Carried out role as senior project coordinator and project manager on several projects by task, but not by title. Raises have been very low since employment.

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Minpunten

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
