Annual increase is meh - werkgeversreview Service Desk Representative bij Insight

Used to be a good company to work with until they hire several unnecessary supervisors and team managers who micro manage our every move. Since they came, our annual increase dropped from 1500 Philippine peso to 600 pesos only. You heard it right, 600 pesos, we all know you cannot feed your family with that amount. I wonder where the generous amount went? Is it because they used all the profits to pay for these supervisors who does the bare minimum for the team? Some of my teammates were supporting 5 clients/accounts at the same time and might add some even more if they noticed that you are doing good handling all of them at the same time
