The culture at Insight is very important to the leaders and to the teammates who work here as well. The values of Hunger, Heart, and Harmony are also vibrant throughout the company too. Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Minpunten

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
