Paid weekly and very timely. Competitive hourly rate.

Minpunten

- Turn over rate for recruiters is horrendous. I don't think I ever spoke to the same recruiter twice in 3 years. - Communication is worst I've ever seen; account manager has no communication with contractors after hired - all communication is encouraged between contractor and recruiter - which seems impossible due to high recruiter turn over rate. - Mediocre (at best) benefits. Although I worked a W2 contract, it was essentially a 1099 because I carried my own health insurance, had no paid vacation, no paid holidays. Only 401K (no company matching) after 1 year of service. - Gave account manager 3 months notice (with exact date) of my contract ending, yet several weeks afterwards, no one contacted me for any follow-up. - Several weeks after contract ended, contacted office and talked to (again) a new recruiter because none of the previous recruiters still worked there. He didn't seem to understand why I expected anyone to follow up with me - waste of time talking to him.

The individual contributors and the endless amounts of budget for campaigns tools and resources. A great place for marketing creatives looking to do just that, create.

Minpunten

Leadership served themselves, not their team. There's 0 structure with no marketing KPI measurement or revenue attribution to show the ROI. Everyone always seemed so busy but nothing was getting done to show the impact marketing had on the businesses bottom line. Not many wanted to do the work to build the department to any potential, half of marketing doesn't even work under marketing which promotes vast misalignment. Just resources begging to be used and a bleeding advertising budget. It has a ton of potential, but I watched the few who could have changed it all leave over the frustrations of leaders only concerned with their own self preservation.
