I am finishing my second month at Insight Global and I have NEVER felt better about being in the right place in my career before, until I began here!!! I come to work excited to start my day, learn, and grow in an encouraging environment everyday! The positivity is endless as well as the potential to succeed! The mentorship program is by far one of the main reason for the success of the company and cannot be found elsewhere! My only regret working here is that I did not begin sooner! I am excited to grow with this amazing company, and am so thanful that I have been given the opportunity to work here!

Fast hiring process, responsive contacts, easy to follow process and documentation and the usual optional benefits for a contractual employee and they do have an option for 401k after a 3 months of employment.

Minpunten

None that I can think of. I have never missed a paycheck from them.

Can make good money, your coworkers are great

- work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
