Pluspunten
In my time I have learned more than I ever thought I could from my first job out of college. I've been given the opportunity to interact every day with some of the most driven and hard working people I've ever met. Every day I learn something new and am constantly pushing myself with guidance from upper management to do more and to be better at my job. From speaking with friends in other companies I've come to realize the great opportunity I have as well. No one I know has the chance to move forward and progress in their career as quickly as I do as well as receive the benefits that we do. Its definitely a place I see myself spending my entire career, something I didn't imagine I would find in my first real job out of college.
Minpunten
Every job has its struggles. We work very hard at what we do to be the best we can be. Our job is not always easy and can be very challenging at times. Occassionaly that means that I may stay late in order to hit deadlines or to come through for our clients. Although it is some of the hardest work I've ever done its also the most rewarding work I've ever done. I wouldn't change that at all about our job but it is something that may not make it for everyone.
