Flexibility, good benefits, pay is generally good

Too much travel, poor direction

I loved my job there, in spite of the many changes and turmoil mentioned below. Most of the employees were a pleasure to work with--especially the Director of Fleet and Director of Quality. When I left, the company had been bought by an investment firm.

Company went thru many changes in the 5-year period I worked there, including two bankruptcies and multiple CEO's, CFO's, etc. There were times it felt like utter turmoil. I loved my boss, Brian Drazba-the Controller, when I first worked there. He was one of several booted out with the change of the guard after one of the bk's. Some of the executives -- one in particular was the worst -- had no desire for teamwork or peace and harmony in the workplace, and no one seemed to care in spite of the multiple complaints.
