Big business plans mean there is plenty to do if you're willing and capable. CEO is intelligent and methodical, no emotional decisions or reactions. Pay is well below average, in some cases by more than $10k. No bonuses in 2014, no explanation why. Average raise barely keeps pace with inflation on a bad year, if raises happen. Limited benefits and cutting employer contributions; 401k match was slashed while saying people should save more for retirement. Office politics have been a bad experience in the last 5-6 years with no outlook for changing. Few outside training chances, fewer if it costs a lot of money. Professional development is lacking. Aggressive business plans can feel daunting and unsupported. No promotion chances for most positions.
