The employees are very nice and enjoyable to work with. Minus the CEO, it's a very positive work environment.

This could be a great work environment because the employees couldn't be nicer or more enjoyable to work with, but the CEO and the micromanagement make this company a horrible experience to be a part of. CEO has absolutely no regard for employee's loyalty and dedication to the company and time spent working there and I have seen numerous employees quit or straight up walk out because of her poor management. She makes you feel completely unvalued as an employee, because of her leadership I felt micromanaged down to a 'T', her leadership style is very vague and confusing and not very organized. Employees and managers who work under her micromanage those under them because of her direction and leadership style. I enjoyed my job there very much until I had to deal with her or had any run-ins with her, to which my job experience quickly turned negative.
