Excessive micro-management of employees. Contentious and uncomfortable work environment where a few people make everyone else stressed and unhappy. Excessive workload and a reactive staffing approach. Unfair hiring practices whereby some employees are given jobs and others are made to apply. Management positions are sometimes filled by people who do not possess the necessary knowledge, skills or experience. Lack of opportunity to job shadow or change career path. Constructive feedback from employees is not welcome and largely ignored.The company policy is to not provide you with a reference which hinders your ability to find alternative employment. HR will simply tell prospective employers your job title and duration of employment.
