They give any new employee so much workload that that person can quit their job right away and if they don't, management will tell them to do overtime without telling anyone. No matter if you are sick and took sick leave or informed in advance of any leave they are constantly calling you and asking you to help other developers on call. They don't respect people's emotions. After torture when employees resign and ask for early release, they are so rude and ask to work overtime without any leave and complete all the work they give you on your notice period. And if you just leave the company then HR will constantly call you until you pick up the call and ask for payback and you have to give them money no matter if you have that much money or not they f** don't care and take that money shamelessly and then they release you.
