Unfortunately no. After the Tysers acquisition and US CIO taking over management morale, professionalism took a downward turn. Client service was downgraded and unrealistic timescales on delivering projects placed on all teams.

US CIO looked after his own Integro staff and systematically pushed out Tysers IT management. No understanding of customer service and unnecessary trips to UK from US costing a fortune. Destroyed morale, service availability, and performance. I believe he has been moved on now!
