-Every year they will give new excuse to delay apprisals, not by days, not even by weeks but by months, by that time other organisations next appraisals get started Lol... -You will never get full amount of your y component (variable of a salary)and yes,, dont ask about its interest,, no one knows where it goes -No job security at all, you never know when you will be asked to not to come from tomorrow -Huge politics on the basis of caste

They are willing to pay good for better Engineers they have a tendency to ask for grabing concepts or tools for experienced and ask them to upskill quickly

salary delays not so professional nature and pety grievances if seen adversly

The hiring process was quite smooth and interviewers mostly asked practical questions. After joining, I noticed the same culture internally. Communication is open and everyone around is helpful. Workwise, you get exposure to mulitple technologies depanding on the project, so it feels interesting.
