The only con here is the management team . The company is very less employee friendly. They ask you to sign a bond of 2.5 years with a whooping 3 lakh of compensation which is very high. All the decisions are taken just keeping in mind the company's profit. Salary hoarding also takes place .I would recommend find yourself a company which doesn't impose such a bond over you. Excluding this con it's an amazing place to learn and expand your knowledge horizons.
