The health benefits do NOT compensate for the toxic work environment. They do a great job of making it look like it but those on top do NOT listen to their staff. If you are female, do NOT plan on moving up unless you are somehow related to men who are already in management. This company was a huge disappointment, promising individual growth but only for those folks that do NOT question or suggest better ideas or somehow related.
