Pluspunten
Working at companies that don't want to push things forward and don't hire A players is demoralizing. IntelliTect is the first company I've worked for that expects a higher standard, hires the best team members, and goes forth with the mission to improve the companies we work with. We are respected at the clients we work with. Also, going the extra mile actually gets rewarded here. I have finally found a place I call great for me. People who aren't A players won't do well here long. Straight shooters. Minimal BS.

This is a smaller company, which can be both a blessing and a curse. Benefits are adequate. Not a lot of expert ancillary resources like a bigger company. No nameless / faceless behemoth to hide behind - your performance and success are 100% on you and your ability.
