9yI'm so sorry you felt this way! What a bummer. I'm sorry it didn't work out, and I really wish you nothing but the best. Over the course of 2016 we particularly focused on some of the aspects you touched on above (specifically in the areas of support, enablement, ownership and trust). If you're interested, reach out to me (or anyone else who works at ID). Ask them what it's like around here. I think you'll hear some refreshingly different things than what you describe above. We really are committed to making ID an awesome place not only to work, but to grow and advance as a marketer, as a professional, and even (gasp!) as a person.
