-Low Oversight -Decent pay -armed, and unarmed work available

- Not reliable. If its not in writing then don't take them at their word. - Has let certifications expire, and it can be neccasry to hound them to get on top of it. - Ive heard they have removed paid holidays for certain contracts - No communication regarding contract, or even payroll changes.

Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
