      Money - For the work done I feel like I was overpaid. Mostly standing around wishing time would go by faster. I believe that their cons are fairly widespread throughout any large security company like Inter-Con, and definitely among all the high paying ones.

      The company does not care about any individual employee. They will do their best to save money, mostly by screwing over their employees.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
