      -Overpaid for what you do, especially compared to other companies. -Get your Top Secret and get out!

      -Management doesn't care about officers' needs. -If you have a family emergency or your car breaks down on the way to work, all they care about it when you can get to work. -They don't care about your life outside of work whatsoever. -Sometimes they are looking for reasons to write you up.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
