      Decent salary and a Top secret clearance.

      Minpunten

      Terrible work conditions. Management stopped letting us use the restroom when we need to. A man was left out in the cold and had a stroke. We stand for many hours at a time. Heavy bureaucratic style of governance with very little common sense.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
