The only benefit is the normal salary wages and they’ll pay for your clearance that is if they don’t forget to submit it.

Minpunten

The company is terrible. The operations center is useless because they have no actual training they get thrown right into the job they don’t know how to do. They will find any and every possible way to avoid paying you your bonuses. They took all the power to fill spots on the schedules from the sergeants so there’s a high likelihood of getting held over your shift and going into double pay but they won’t pay out your double pay and if they do you have to jump through hoops for it. They say you’ll get 40 hours starting off to a lot of people and then when you get through the training you’ll have weeks with on 4-8 hours.

Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
