      Great Company to work for, they try their best to accommodate and grow with the times. Also, they try their best to fix any discrepancies.

      Minpunten

      Their Dispatch is not the best, and payroll sometimes forgets to answer, but besides that it's a good company.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
