      I appreciate the extensive training intercon provides to ensure everyone prepared when out on the field,although even with the training this job is not for everyone , they have positions that fit your specific skills etc rather armed or unarmed. Competitive pay rates and opportunities for advancement within ranks of the positions.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
