My coworkers in Marketing were amazing individuals who made going to work everyday bearable.
Minpunten
The company is overall poorly run from the top down. The Higher ups in London make drastic decisions based on seemingly emotion. They request things last minute and make them urgent rather than planning ahead. They make demands one month and then when those demands are not met immediately they will cut budgets, essentially ruining any progress that was being made. Honestly its a mess. The Partnerships with Universities are seemingly not thought out at all and there are constant power struggles. Also do NOT expect to get any significant raises. My final straw was them firing my boss and giving me all of his work but refusing to pay me ANY extra to do it.
