As it was a small company, I assumed that I would get a lot of job fulfillment there, but that wasn't the case.

Minpunten

The inflation levels are insane these days. So, surviving on ridiculously low pay is challenging. Facing this challenging here every day was extremely stressful. I was happy to leave as soon as I got another opportunity. If the ev*l and arrogant management cannot increase pay, the least they can do is offer extra hours. But they don't.

Nothing good about working with them

They micromanage you AF. Low salary, 1 day off, literally zero benefits, terrible work environment, lead cashier tends to take advantage of her privileges. You are going to be a teller and a janitor at the same time for a miserable wage. High turnover levels.
