Pluspunten

InterServ was a fine employer. They compensated fairly and gave me the opportunity to take initiative and perform at my potential. Management had the necessary vision to lead on an individual and company level.

Minpunten

Downside would likely be the location. I was stationed in Shanghai China and found myself wishing to be back in the States. Another downsize was the language barrier among colleagues, not necessarily among the management.

If you put in the work, there is a ton of growth opportunity, and Ownership cares about their employees.

Only con for some people might be the traveling for work.

Great Company to work for. The company has recently rebranded and has made some major moves in the right direction. The current management in place are the right people who are there because they care and are there to build people in their careers. The owners have a great vision and are willing to provide what is needed to get to their end goal. They have top notch software programs and are constantly doing training to keep staff up to date.

Minpunten

None really. If you’re driven and apply yourself you will succeed here.
