- Great people and culture. People actually care here. - Diversity of clients/projects (entrepreneurs to big brands) - Time off + Benefits - Flexible working situation - Lots of smart people always willing to help - So many dogs

- Always lots going on, have to be efficient - Not the most organized - Sink or swim environment

Internship was mostly remote, so the workload tends to ebb and flow depending on what projects are active at the time.
