Heads of services can be extremely friendly when everything goes smoothly. But the moment something changes on their side and you dare to express your disappointment, the tone shifts dramatically. Suddenly, you find yourself accused of unethical behaviour, with warnings that your criticism might affect your future work on the platform. It makes me feel as if, in their eyes, an interpreter is just a minor detail in their operations, small and meaningless.

There are many technical requirements which the check once you are booked for your first assignment, computer speed, internet speed, keyboard size, CPU, ethernet cable, headphones ect. I have yet to make any purchases because I was worried I wouldn't get enough work to make the investment worth it. In the welcome webinar I asked the presenter to clarify if Interactio was a full time job and NOT a SIDE HUSTLE. She assured me that it was a full time job, especially since my language(Spanish) is in high demand. It has been almost a month since I was hired, and I have not received any assignments. I sent a message asking for updates a week ago and have not heard back. Do not waste your time.
