Flexibility, great platform to promote wellness (rewarding), challenging work, PTO really high

Minpunten

Complete lack of understanding of clients from the managers/directors of Account Management. Multiple people leaving recently and in the last 6 months because of lack of direction/ overpromising changes in the future of products. Also a high level of favoritism from a director (who just got promoted again for “ideas” that don’t work and we lose clients). Pay is below average.

They were good with work/life balance and pretty relaxed and had a good culture

Minpunten

The changes they made were not great when they did not promote certain people who deserved it and when they sold the company that was unfortunate
