      Pluspunten

      Really nice people make up the eLearning development teams. HR and Management were genuinely interested in making everybody happy. Everybody was very friendly and if you need help you only have to ask. Free tea/coffee, milk, fresh fruit, bread. Free pizza on pay day. Excellent kitchen facilities. Account with local sandwich shop that deliver and bill settled through payroll.

      Minpunten

      None. Only problem was I couldn't extend my contract because the orders slowed down.

      Amazing client base - work with some of the largest and most interesting companies in the world Creative teammates - really talented people to work with all the time Challenging, in a good way - always something new to learn and skills to work on Great culture - Open minded, relaxed, but still productive and fast-paced

      Minpunten

      There's not a lot of room to grow your career - if you're looking for a job that will give you a ladder to climb, this probably isn't it. (Depends on your department.) Time-zone differences with clients and teams can be challenging. Learning the job can be a bit overwhelming at first.
