Minpunten

Poor career opportunities and soon one can reach its limits. Lack of serious professional training for its employees. Poor development processes, lack of communication company-wide, confusing and complicated processes, last minute problem solving is a routine. Too mush selfish mind from some employees and managemnt and they can not work in team, only as solo players. The management is class for itself, and if you are not an old close friend of them, than you are doomed no matter how hard do you work.

- Recently released CEO threw everything into sales and strip mined the rest of the company for profits. - Upper Management that thinks they are still commanding troops, not civilians - Instant Write ups from Upper Management for not being able to complete a training course in prescribed time. No excuses even if you are on site and unable to. - No empathy or understanding of what the Field Service team does and expects the entire service organization to be run like the military. - Upper Management who has never spoken to their team and uses the Directors (managers) as proxies instead of normal human contact - Most of management are 'Yes' men/women. This was by design of the last CEO.
