      Pluspunten

      We often do work that is beyond the realms of traditional brand consulting, and moves into the territory of impacting the strategic direction of businesses. Quite exciting. The leaders in strategy are talented and quite sharp. The work is very interesting and is what will keep you here.

      Minpunten

      The pay is medicore for people coming from management consulting. You have to fight really hard for promotion. It tends to come later than it should.

      -Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

      Minpunten

      -Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
