1. Strong clients to build a rock resume in a short period of time 2. Flex work if you get the right manager 3. Smart, dedicated talent 4. If you put in the time, energy, and effort you will develop very strong expertise and competency 5. Solid PTO, Holiday

Minpunten

1. Little career growth or development beyond platitudes 2. Very low pay, near bottom of industry 3. Promotions based purely on financial status and only after you've been executing the role for 1+ years 4. Little training, on-boarding or support once in a role. Truly sink or swim. 5. 401K hit or miss match and no transparency in decision 6. Work/life balance non-existent, 60-80 hour norm (between office, home, and travel) 7. Continually declining quality of work since margin is the only real focus 8. Boys club at the top and pre-selected roster of future (male) leaders based on their "potential" or "charism" 9. Turnover, burnout for above reasons, people routinely quit coupled with management mentality that human capital is interchangeable and commoditized 10. Politics, ego, and self-promotion rampant. Difficult to construct a genuine culture within this context.

-Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

Minpunten

-Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
