Good clients, good people, good place to learn brand strategy. Culture can be fun. Work/life balance is luck of the draw depending on your team. Well known in the industry

Minpunten

Slow to promote when I was there, though I think this is changing. Pay not as great as some other companies in the industry. Operations/HR often felt disorganized

-Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

Minpunten

-Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
