      Pluspunten

      I would do it again for money and dedication to great work. I know this is an amazing firm and I have worked for them before. Great deliverables at massive scale. Interbrand is still impressive and by fare more advanced when it comes to deep institutional branding.

      Minpunten

      Care for people is concerning. I'm 100% sure they don't understand how wrong things are but I know for the fact they don't care. The way they treat very senior management and how is senior managent treated by Omnicrom is reflects all the way to very junior folks.

      -Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

      Minpunten

      -Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
