Minpunten
All major work on a project is done in Auckland and Wellington region and they don't care about the people working in Christchurch. Only the left over work for a project is being given to Christchurch. I was working in Christchurch and hugely disappointed to see that all the work is done by other guys sitting in Wellington and Auckland offices, even though I had the capacity to work but had to sit idle. No career growth what so ever, worst handling of the project. The work that was supposed to be driven from Christchurch office, was being done from other regions and we were sitting idle. No training were provided even though manager was telling from the first day that we have a lot of budget for training. No reason and justification was provided for performance reviews even though I asked several times about that.
