1. Very HOT vans. 2. Lazy, uncaring employees who have worked there for more than a year. 3. Employees who have been there awhile feel they do not have to follow procedures in processing cars. 4. Some employees that I work with tell me because they have been there 1 or 2 years they do not have to follow procedures. 5. Some employees that I work with tell me to not vacuum or wash a vehicle when it's very obvious that both are needed. 6. Cell phones are used daily on vans and in cars by employees. It's PROHIBITED. 7. THERE is no accountability when someone is not following procedures when driving, processing, etc. 8. THERE is a "Favorites", Good Ole Boys " attitude (this includes male and females), meaning special favors and forgiveness is given.
