Global offices outside Ukraine still have soviet union culture dictated by management. Bad products and lack of commitment. Unstable bonus scheme since it is paid by discretionary decisions from Management. Salary can be reduced or increased without notice. Firing and hiring (or rehiring) people depend on contacts and relations in Ukraine
