Flexible working hours. Nice colleagues who have a lot of experience in the Inspection industry. Close to my house so easy to get to work

Minpunten

Driven by profit and lining the pockets of their shareholders. No training given, no possibility of progression and subsequently no increases in salary as a result.

Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

Minpunten

Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
