I had somewhat flexible hours and could work on the road

High turnover in management, poor compensation plan, little/no support in guidance for becoming successful, work around the clock, impossible to hit monthly targets and therefore get commission.

Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

Minpunten

Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
