It is a large company and you can meet some great people

Minpunten

Treat employees as numbers, cold blooded culture. Management does not have expertise power and only knows how to set unrealistic target to squeeze the employees. No direction and support from upper management.

Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

Minpunten

Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
