You are not stuck working the same thing over and over. You get to work on different projects and try new things. The company will provide training that is needed and takes great care of the employees. Also have a big group that you can reach out.

Minpunten

Sometimes you are thrown onto a project that you don't know anything about and they expect you to handle it like you've been working on it for a while. Not too bad, but does offer some challenges. Also, the timelines are sometimes too quick. You are expected to get 2 weeks of work done in 1 week.

Good group of people in local office.

Minpunten

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
