Narcissistic work culture with no real care for the staff. Lips confession and no real heart behind leadership. Top managed and hierarchy like style. Only chase for money attitude and sell sell sell sell. Attitude to dismiss all employees with opinions. Enormous lack of knowledge and executed staff.

Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

Minpunten

Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
