Lots of stress. Have to depend on many other people for one job. Lack of communication throughout the company. Everyone is overworked.

Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

Minpunten

Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
