- Extremely low salaries for specialists in not-development site - Strange internship conditions (can be 6+ months long, the rate per hour is much less than minimum wage, how can people live earning such a sum for a half of the year or more???) - Lack of career maps and clear development vector - A small number of external projects for full-paid rate - Employee break room was eliminated to make it a work office - No coffee machine, snacks and fruits - If joining a corporate english class, must work the class time beyond the work day - REMOTE work is not available (rare chance to find a compromise)
