      Pluspunten

      I don't think that they have any pros, worst company that I joined and going to be regretted forever.

      I joined there and I think only for a month and that's because I landed into a wrong team. I joined them thinking that they are one of the employee centric staffing agency but in my point of view they are not. I haven't received any training about their process and ATS though I managed to learn by myself and at 3rd day of joining they told about targets without any prior information or training and they call it process and when I raised issue about it then they don't have answer and started arguing with me which led me to resign. when I complaint about it to her and asked to change my team or provide me some other option, she told me that she doesn't have any option and forced me to proceed for exit which is completely unprofessional and unethical. I found them incapable of handling and managing new employee and no sense of professionalism. I really wasted my entire time for this pathetic organisation and now I am jobless and unemployed just because of their internal politics so please beware before applying or going for an interview with this company.

      I have been working at IntiGrow for the past few years, and I can genuinely say that it has been an incredible journey. This company is an absolute gem, and I'm thrilled to share my positive experience on Glassdoor. First and foremost, the work environment at IntiGrow is good.       Workload Intensity: In certain departments, workloads can be demanding, and there may be occasional high-pressure periods to meet deadlines. While this is not unusual in the industry, it can be challenging for employees who are not accustomed to fast-paced environments. Remote Work Transition: While IntiGrow does offer remote work options, the transition to remote work during the pandemic brought some challenges for the company. It took some time to fully adapt to this new work model and maintain the same level of connectivity and collaboration as in the office.

      None, They qualify as a website barely, and only because they built a cheap one.

      Sent me an email stating they would update my resume without my consent. Offered a job at $20 an hour with NO benefits, which is not good. Job offered isn't one I'm capable of doing or have any experience in.
